MAX Martial Arts & Fitness will hold a health and weight loss seminar on September 11th from 3 to 6 PM. Owner, Sifu Rafael Gomez, has made it his mission to help Long Islanders learn to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
This seminar will provide you with expert information from a doctor of internal medicine, a psychologist and a dietician. During this seminar, you will also be able to sample our fitness classes including kickboxing, group personal training and a mixed martial arts (MMA) fitness class. Each class will last only 15 minutes, just enough to see what might best suit your lifestyle and fitness goals.
Our panel of experts will be happy to answer questions and share their expert knowledge on the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy finger foods and beverages will be served.
“I believe in giving back to our community. The gift of health is the best gift my staff and I can give to our community. A healthy community is a friendlier and happier community.” – Rafael Gomez
As a promise to make the community a healthier place to live, Rafael Gomez will be donating 3 memberships for 3 lucky attendees, who participate in this event.
We recommend wearing workout clothes and sneakers.
