Patrick earned his BS in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland and is a competitive Powerlifter and Strongman Athlete. He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient and it’s clear when talking with him that fitness is his passion. During our initial consultation, Patrick was very interested in learning about my fitness goals and I knew that he was genuinely interested in designing a program to help me get back into shape after several surgeries.
